-Electrical work to clean up wires exposed by soffit removal, new light fixture, exhaust fan, including ducting, new GFCI circuit to code, wiring and junction box addition for wall mounted vanity light
-Trim door casing and jamb from pocket door removal
-Framing and blocking for niches and shower door
-Replace corroded iron waste arm and hub with PVC, and install new shower valve
-Backerboard for tile floor and shower surround-including municipal inspection for approval of installation
